Yes, the Kitchen Sink, we are looking to explore all aspects of the home while we are in Lockdown! We started with the classic still life and now we want to start to stretch you, and get to really look at what is in your home.

First stop the Kitchen Sink, we are looking at pots, pans, plates, cups, sauces and glasses dishes and washing up bubbles – SPHERES – ELLIPSES – but also other items you find like knives, forks, spoons etc…

You can focus on the kitchen sink and draw the washing up in bowl or item around the sink or in the rack or just the bubbles in the bowl, remember we are looking for – SPHERES – ELLIPSES –

Just a few images of the day…

..back on the Sketchbook road…

Thank you to everyone who came today to sketch at St Mary’s Church, Kidwelly.

I hope I can speak for everyone, to say that it was a truly inspiring experience in a wonderful historic place and we are definitely coming back!

Also to the wonderful team of volunteers who are creating a wonderful experience for the people of Kidwelly for tomorrow Remembrance Sunday Centenary,
Red and Purple poppies everywhere creatively produced and displayed throughout the town and around the Church where we were sketching today, thank you.

Half the group of 15 (which is fab when it was just a horrid day) ended up in Time for Tea on the High Street for a well deserved cuppa!

Our next meeting is on Saturday 8th December 3-4pm at the Kidwelly Community Hub, for Christmas Drinks and Mince Pies for us to say thank you for all your support.
