Capturing ‘Your Own Creative Space’ Online session

For our online session for Saturday 4th July 2020 we are going to look at the space that we have been using when taking part in the Online Sessions – you might be lucky enough to have art room but most of us are using the kitchen or dining table or have an art room/office like me the spare bedroom (roz) or some shared space or special place in you home…

We want you to capture this space with this session and the items that you have been using when you take part in the sessions.

We want you to collect all your art materials and equipment that you have been using for the sessions, pencils, pens, brushes, paints, pots, jam jars, papers, sketch books, cloths etc…

We will start a series of mark making exercises (please see examples below – on what we are going to cover) using what you have to hand; using your sketchbooks…

We are looking to document your creative tools and space, all your materials that you have used since the 2nd of May 2020 that’s 9 sessions!

If you only have a few materials that you have been using that great… it makes it easier to select what to draw for this week’s session.

We want this to be part of a visual diary of your experience of Pandemic, being creative in Lockdown…
