On Saturday 19th September 2020 we are having a sketchbook walk this is a follow-on from our amazing Mindful Photography workshop that happened last week!
We would like you to join our Gwendraeth Arts Lab Artists on the Burry Port Beach for a sketchbook walk to express your feelings about the Carmarthen Bay Power Generation Plant, which was demolished in 1990. Observing the demolition landscape and considering the extensive natural erosion of the beach and the man-made and natural cliffs, which has exposed fragments of machinery and the original structures.
Bring – Pencils/Pens/Coloured Pencils with a sketchbook
Plus – Wax Crayons/Thin-Light Weight Paper for Rubbings
